Some jobs need a person to look at them. If that happens, we tell you plainly and a person will look at it within three business days. You'll get an email when they do, and your job page keeps working in the meantime. If a ticket sits unattended for 6 days, the system automatically refunds you in full and closes the job — you don't need to chase us, and nothing on your system is touched in the meantime.
If we genuinely cannot reach your system from outside your house, you get a full refund. No argument.
Moving up a tier is a second payment for the difference between the two prices. If none of the fixes that payment unlocked were applied to your system, that upgrade payment is refunded in full on request — the tier you started on is unaffected, and so is the work already done under it.
If we can reach your system but find nothing that needs fixing, you still receive your full written report of what we checked — that's the job delivered, so there's no refund for that outcome.
Refunds are returned to the original card you paid with, via Stripe, within Stripe's usual processing timeframe.
Reply to your job email, or write to [email protected], and tell us what happened.
